Since our salon offers various services, 

1. 12 Hour Cancellation Notice Required

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees.

2. Late Cancellations Or Rescheduling (Less than 12 Hours)

• 20%  cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged for cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment.

3. No-Show Policy

• Clients who don’t show up without notice will be charged 25% of the appointment fee.
