Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Here at Salon we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. We understand our clients time value and situation so please give us a call or go online at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

Purple Brows Cancellation & Rescheduling policy.

Since our salon offers various services.

1.  3 Hour Cancellation Notice Required

•  Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours in advance to avoid fees.

2.  Late Cancellations Or Rescheduling (Less than 3 Hours)•

• 20% cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged for cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment.

3.  No-Show Policy

• Clients who don’t show up without notice will be charged 25% of the appointment fee.

4.  Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to reschedule and pay a 10%  rescheduling fee, depending on availability.

5.  Emergency Exceptions

• One-time courtesy reschedules/cancellation may be allowed for genuine.
